Thank you for shopping at Avanaah. We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


📦 1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the terms below.

To be eligible for a return:

✔️ The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
✔️ It must be in the original packaging
✔️ All tags and labels must still be attached
✔️ You must have the original proof of purchase (order number/receipt)


2. Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests after this period cannot be processed unless otherwise authorized by our support team.


🚚 3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


💸 4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

✔️ We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
✔️ If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


🔁 5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


🛑 6. Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

✔️ Clearance & discounted products
✔️ Gift cards
✔️ Items marked as Final Sale


📸 7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

📸 Photos showing the issue

We will review and assist with a full refund or replacement after verification.
